Patrick started his real estate career in 1984 with Canada Permanent Trust before quickly transitioning to RE/MAX within 7 months. By 1986, he obtained his Broker license and at the age of 23 in 1987, became the youngest person in Canada to earn the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation for Commercial Real Estate. In 1991, he achieved the position of the #1 RE/MAX Commercial Agent in Ottawa and later shifted his focus towards real estate investments and re-developments.
Patrick has remained retired from transactional real estate and is Director of Agent Growth for the Team, helping agents in Canada and around the world understand the benefits of eXp Realty.
